Therefore, the undersigned citizens of Oregon urge the state to create a program designed to modernize air emissions regulations and update air permit limitations to reduce toxic air pollution from stationary sources.

Petition: The undersigned citizens of Oregon ask the Environmental Quality Commission to ensure that the Air Toxic Health Benchmarks protect children from short term and long term exposure to toxic pollutants present in the environment where they live, play and go to school.
